Return Policy
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return will be processed only in case of a damaged product. Customer needs to send parcel opening videos over WhatsApp with clear view of damaged portion in such a case. However, minor imperfections are a part of handmade products. Return or exchange won’t be accepted in that case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and proper folding.
For International orders:
- Unfortunately, we don't have exchange facility for international clients.
after your claim has been received. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. The administration will review your claim and make a decision, which will be at the sole discretion of the administration, to refund you either partially or fully. This decision will be made within 7 (seven) business days

Replacement Only Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you for taking any other product of same value or more.
Once the replacement product(s) are selected we will ship them as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
We will arrange for return pickup wherever the pickup through our courier partners is available. Else self-return process will be applicable.
